Our company is running Windows server 2003 Standard, Exchange 2003 SP2 and the clients are running Windows xp sp3. Our exchange server is in California. We have a branch over in Arizona.

The calendars in outlook over in the AZ office are showing incorrect information. For instance, our offices are closed on Dec. 25th but not the 26th. All branches reflect this on the calendars except the AZ branch, which shows the "holiday" on the 25th stretch over to the 26th.

I?ve researched this and found that the issue is caused by the Daylights Savings Time change we had this year. Microsoft put out some patches for Windows Server, Exchange, and clients. I've downloaded and installed all the ones Microsoft suggested and the issue is still there. The single day "holiday" in outlook stretches to 2 days only in the AZ branch. The AZ branch is 1 hour ahead of California so when I switch the AZ server to California time, it corrects the "holiday" issue, but in turn changes several other vacation and holidays that are on the calendar.

Microsoft also suggested downloading and installing a program they issued called Outlook Time Zone Move, which I did and installed, that program had no affect either.

Has anyone come across this issue before that can help? Run into a wall in terms of what to try...
