Daylight Savings Time or Standard Time, whih do you prefer?

I think changing the time is stupid, so Standard I guess....

However, I don't like how it gets dark so early with standard time.. so I wouldn't mind if we were on daylight savings all the time.

I believe that standard time is the one that when it is noon the sun is at its highest point in the sky. If that is correct then that is the one that should be used all the time period.
