Day of Defeat: executable file out of date?

I've been playing Day of Defeat for the last few weeks and I really enjoy it. I fired it up the other day and on every server I tried to join, it said my DoD executable was out of date and it would update me. Okay fine, but it just connects to the Sierra Website and tries to update Half-Life, which is updated to 1.1.0.4. And my Dod is Beta 1.1, the most recent available. I reinstalled the game and even tried to patch it with the 1.1 patch. Any ideas?
