Day before a long weekend

all i was hoping for was a nice slow day.. and of course, EVERYONE HAS TO FREAKING CALL AND COMPLAIN!!!! :|

gah.... fridays before holidays suck... good think i won't be here on tuesday to deal with crap that will happen over the weekend.
