Dawn of War 4 Announced

I love the Dawn of War games, but I have zero hope they'll make any future installments good. DoW 3 was alright if you exclude the final boss, but it can't even begin to hold a candle to the older games.

I used to absolutely love both 40K and RTS games, and was even in the closed beta testing for the OG dawn of war back in the day.

Now however I am more nostalgic than excited about either.

We'll see how it goes.

All the more reason to fire up the OG DoW games just in case the new one is absolute shit. I just replayed Dawn of War Dark Crusade last month and I still can't get enough of it (Soulstorm doesn't exist in my universe).

All the more reason to fire up the OG DoW games just in case the new one is absolute shit. I just replayed Dawn of War Dark Crusade last month and I still can't get enough of it (Soulstorm doesn't exist in my universe).

-Yeah i plan on playing through at least the DoW2 campaign since they added steam achievements to it, and Retribution since I've never played that one before.

I think the Anniversary edition also includes all the BS DLC for the last stand mode, so that'll be fun to check out as well.
