Phil did a long term follow up on them. He says not to use the round bottom heatsinks with them due to potential damage. But they are inexpensive enough to replace down the road if necessary.
I've been using these for about 5 years now between servers and laptops. Works better than paste when it comes to not ruining CPUs and GPUs. They keep my server running at room temp and laptops decently cool considering how hot they run.
2 CU RDNA2 IGP is also what that cheap quad core APU for laptops with zen2+ is using, so kind of relevant, well, maybe not really with this fast ram and high clocks, but... it's weak, but, capable of a surprising amount of gaming, and with basically radon dgpu compatibility.
