hey guys im asking for a friend who wants a DAW laptop. he has a very nice DAW home setup but he doesn't have a portable one, which he wants.
so my questions is what's a good laptop to use as a DAW
obviously GPU doesnt really matter as it's mostly audio processing.
he does NOT want a mac however will get one if it's the only good portable DAW setup.
personally i use a old sony vaio fw for my portable setup... but its just for random demos and not serious work that i do at home.
