He did have permission ,but it was verbal only ,& it was latter denied that he had.

if he were in texas it would probably been open and shut, verbal agreements are binding. and there where no physical damages, and the monitary damages where a joke.

Dave when did that t****r Frdm51472 post that?:|

It was this morning over in P&N Forum area. He is from southern end of the State and in a totally different Division of the State (Health Dept). Really shows how I am known as the State's worst public Enemy they have ever had as said by Russ Willard of the Attorney General's Office.

Worse than murderers, rapists, and child molesters. Yep, that's you, Dave.

Can you say "slander"? :|

Actually... it's libel. 😉

Dave - you really should start filing lawsuits. Lawyers that take those things on contingent fee are more prevalent than crooked politicians down there.

Time to start kicking some arse eh?

I take it you set him straight?😉
If not give me a link!

He actually was very civil other than being surprisingly biased for what you would think would be someone so far removed from the situation. A State employee not even in the same Division and on the other end of a very big State, rather amazing that he had such the same twisted view as the "Jackboots" I believe some people here called them, that run the State and escalated the situation as it did.

I edited out his E-mail address but left the "Almighty State Employee" as I called him because he started off by saying I don't deserve an IT job anywhere.

That is always a possibility especially since under the Law as it stands does not have the Statute of limitations. They recognized this flaw as well as so many other Flaws in the Law that they have a proposed bill to make those changes.

Here is the proposed changes:

Internet and Computer Safety Act

Here is the very first line:

To amend Article 6 of Chapter 9 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to computer systems protection, so as to create the offense of computer trespass in the second degree.

Can anyone see why that is there???

Actually... it's libel.

Ahem... 😉

I am known as the State's worst public Enemy they have ever had as said by Russ Willard of the Attorney General's Office.

If I were to interpret David's statement literally, it was spoken, said, therefore it is slander. 😉

I am known as the State's worst public Enemy they have ever had as written by Russ Willard of the Attorney General's Office.

Had David worded the statement as I have amended it above, it would be libel. 😉😛😉🙂😀😉

Either way, Mr. Willard is a moron. <------- And this statement I just typed is not libel, it is the truth. 🙂

It is written. It was a written statement that Russ Willard gave to a local TV station here and I have a copy of it.
