David McCallum, the actor who played Dr. Donald 'Ducky' Mallard on 'NCIS,' died at age 90 in New York on Monday.

David McCallum, the Scottish actor best known for his roles on The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and NCIS, died of natural causes at age 90 on Monday in New York, according to a rep from CBS.
McCallum is survived by his wife of 56 years, Katherine, as well as his four children and his eight grandchildren.

I just saw that. Sad to see him go, but he did live until 90 and had 2 good, long-lasting, memorable roles. 4 years as Illya Kuryakin in the Man from U.N.C.L.E and 20 years as Ducky Mallard in NCIS.

I didn't know he was in NCIS. RIP.

I had no idea he was 90. NCIS didn't stop that long ago and he only looked like he was in his 60s.

NCIS hasn't stopped but he writer's strike probably means that the 21st season won't get aired until sometime in 2024.
