How would you see a license plate of a vehicle on top of a bridge as you pass under it?

I just don't think the sight lines are there to accomplish this.

that's pretty funny (with no offense to bleeb). however, i have learned to avoid music-related flame wars. everyone likes what they like, and you will rarely change anyone's mind, so it's best to just keep away.
