Why of course he is!!@$ The news says so, so obviously it's true!
I don't need to read any details about why he'd take this stance, he's just a rich celeb who doesn't want it in his backyard so I'll just say he's a big ol jerk face without any further investigation. Case closed.

The development only had a few units designated for low income, The rest were all between 200k and 500k. It was a sham and Dave wouldnt do it...

The whole project is going forward but without the affordable houses...so that was Chappelle's only objection.
