Did anyone see the Dateline series? There have been several of them, where people pretend to be teen kids on the internet and wait to be propositioned by guys for sex. When they end up meeting, they are caught by the Dateline Cameras and police. Its sick to see that all types of men that show up. Teachers, Rabbi, Principals, its disgusting.

Its disturbing how many people are like that are online. I keep Cybertipline bookmarkerd to report any illegal stuff online. Have yall ever reported anything?

I love those shows. I didnt catch the first one however, just the ones after. I actually caught it one of those days when LOST was playing a repeat because I always watch LOST during that time. I actually TIVO them and watch them after lost.

The show is very entertaining and I just honestly can't believe some of the people out there. And no I've never snitched.

HAHA I think I saw it the night that LOST was showing one of its many repeats too!! I mean these guys are just horrible. The best is once they get caught they try and claim they thought the kids were older or they werent coming to hook up with the kids, its really sad. Sorry if i posted and this topic was covered but seriously, these guys need to get a life. Cybertipline needs to just put all these sickos behind bars.

well, in order to snitch on someone, i guess i have to pretend to be a 14-15 year old boy or girl first ......

those people who are caught deserves it. and i'm not suprised by the sheer number... there are a lot people out there who would think nothing of it if they can have sex with a 14-15 year old if they can get away with it.

Ya but remember CPA, sometimes being "the meanest dad ever" sometimes can keep your kids safe. You know? I have been called by my cousins a huge nerd because i told them about Cybertipline and showed them the link to file a report if they were approached online. They think I am completely being paranoid but I would rather be safe than sorry. And i know they are armed with the knowlege of what to do. SO, i will take the "nerd" title if it keeps them safe.

So are you saying you wouldnt make a report to Cybertipline because you are an adult? I am an adult as well and i would report some creep posting child porn or soliciting me. I think what he's saying is its not illegal for some one to proposition an adult for sex on the internet, and since he's an adult he doesn't have a lot of pedos after him.

Whoa. I think he's just saying that he hasn't been solicited because he's an adult. Not that he wouldn't report it if he was.
