Database Server Hostname/DSN

I am trying to set up phpBB on my server (which runs off of my computer), but I don't know what to put in the field called "Database Server Hostname/DSN". It is under the database configuration section. What do I put there? How do I set up a DSN on my mysql server? Thanks.
