database of unit conversion factors?

Does anyone know where I might find a database of unit conversion factors for different categories of units? Distance, mass, temperature, viscosity, etc.

the jscience library contains the conversion information for many units, but i can't easily extract them for storage.

units is a Unixy program for converting between units. It comes with a simple config file that defines a large number of conversion factors.

Probably mysql as that's what I'm most familiar with.
