He doesn't understand it at all. To him, Indian people are apparently servants who deserve his disparaging remarks. They're worthless to him. Hmm...I wonder what kind of comments he makes towards other racial minorities in the US? Would he demean an african-american in similar manner - putting up such remarks referencing slavery or being servants? Who knows, but he's shown a truly ugly side today.

If you think criticizing the British for their implementation of this program is hatred of an ethnic group, then everyone here is bigoted because everyone criticizes something - Israel, United States, Mexico, China, etc. And honestly, I have to question your logic because last time I checked the British people are comprised of hundreds of ethnicities.
