Note that only the data and tables may be imported.

I do not know about macros, querys, reports or forms.
I would expect that only the querys would have a chance. The Macros and Forms/Reports are tied to Access/VBA

I think most just use ODBC to convert so it only gets tables. I've tried them on one with Access subtables and it didn't convert right.

That's how I would do it. Create the tables in MySQL, install the MYsql odbc driver, link the tables within the access mdb file, then import the data via append queries.
