I've used a Samsung 830 64GB only as the OS drive and put everything else on other drives. All the folders on C: total 19GB but I only have 14GB free to use.
Some invisible data is taking up 46GB of my SSD.

Any ideas?

Pagefile(1-2x memory) and hibernation(1x memory) file I guess.

I had something goofy like this on a 160GB hdd, was missing 40GB or so. Formatted, just as a data drive too.

And windows system restore if its on also. But something still is wrong. It shouldn't be taking up that much space.

Just be honest and tell us you have your secret p0rn folder hidden.

The fact that you can’t see pagefile.sys in that screenshot tells me he doesn’t have hidden files visible. I’m guessing he has a lot of RAM along with a big hibernate file too.

As have already been mentioned, the culprits will be hibernation, page file and system restore.
