Data recovery on 175GB drive

Anyone know of any software that will do data recovery on a 175GB drive? I was adding data to the drive, got to 145 GB and then added 2GB more. The 145 GB that was originally on dissappeared and all that is on the drive now is the 2GB I just copied. I have a couple of softwares, but they don't work on drives over 138GB.
Any ideas would be most helpful.
