Data not showing in explorer

I've had serious memory problem with my board so I had to reinstall couple times. That seemed to have knocked out my MUSIC folder inside a different partition HDD.

HD1
40gb of C:\ where OS sits
650gb of D:\ where data is almost full

inside D:\ a music folder of 200gb is now showing in explorer. but under my computer. d:\ shows as the correct full capacity at 640gb used space.

What should I do to bring the folder back? I'll be hosed if I lose that folder 🙁
 
NTFS. Luckly I found a program that recovered all files/folder structure.. Will try other programs just to compare.
