Data corruption problem in Vista SP1

Yep, this is old news. MS found an incompatibility with a piece of their business software, fixed it, and put it back out. I'm not sure anyone on this forum other than the MVPs (and perhaps not even them) have ever used the software in question.

My understanding is...

This only effected businesses using Vista to run their cash register, inventory control, and such.

While this could be deadly to businesses, it didn't mean squat to the rest of us! 😉
