Data corruption on SSD/HDD's. Improper i7 920 OC?

Hello anand,

I am faced with quite weird problem. I believe I improperly overclocked i7 920 processor which resulted in somehow corrupting the data on every storage drive in my computer.

Let me explain.
About a week ago windows 7 started reporting massive data corruption on system C:\ SSD crucial m225.

I ran scandisk a couple of times and it always ended up at repairing different errors. Services died a lot, windows restore failed cause of data corruption.

I formatted, same problem. Got same errors first time I rebooted.

I removed SSD, tried installing on a HDD. I got "boot drive failure".
I replugged SSD, booted into windows to backup data from storage drives when both 1TB HDD and Raid0 array of 2x500GB were giving me errors of "unable to read folder, data corrupt".

I considered overclocking so I went to bios and reverted everything to stock.
Formatted C:\ again, installed my stuff, rank checkdisk.

Drive C:\ reported no errors (when it was crazy before with OC)
Drive D:\ (1TB) reported TONS of errors and fixed them. Data was now readable
Drive E:\ (2x500GB) reported TONS of errors and fixed them. Data was now readable.

My config:
Code:
I7 920
Revision 5, Stepping D0

Asus p6t se

Scythe mugen II

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 24GB (6 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T2-24GBRL

Crucial M225 C:\
Samsung spinpoint F3 2x 500GB raid0
Samsung spinpoint F3 1TB

Bios:
Code:
Overclocking profile: X.M.P
Cpu voltage: 1.275V
Qpi / dram voltage 1.2V (not certain about this one. I think it was at 1.2V)
Dram bus voltage 1,5V
Dram frequency 1600mhz
CPU Multiplier x20
BCLK frequency 200mhz
PCIE frequency 100mhz

Cpu spread spectrum: Disabled
Pcie spread spectrum: Disabled
Intel speed step: Disabled

The rest was auto.

I must point out that I don't know much about overclocking. I followed some guide to set those values.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't want to go mess around with bios and set values for which I don't fully understand what they do and end up with a data loss like three times now or worse fry my setup.
