Finally did some data center work today...took forever! Rewired a whole mess of console setups for our Unix gear.
Also implemented my new Passport 1612G switches and removed about 6-7 Nortel 450 units by doing so!

Passport 1612 Gig Luvin! - Sorry it's blurry!

Dell Luvin!

Dell and HP Luvin!

Yes those are PowerEdge 6650 servers. 4 cpu's in each one.
And yes that is an EMC FC4700 Fiber channel array at the bottom of the dell rack..only 1/2 terabyte in size. Of course it did its job, and now it goes away so we can start using our new EMC DX600. :)

Nice HP Superdome (or maybe RP7410?) you have sitting next to the Unix stuff.. :)

We've got an RP7410 with a Tb FC on it, and all the rest of the servers are ALL IBM. x330's and x345's. I have two x345 hardware clusters, one with 1Tb (Exchange 2000) and one with 2Tb (file server).

Nice rig, but... What's with all the Dell? I keep hearing abotu all sorts of problems with their PERC controllers.. ServeRAID rules!! :)
