Part of the most recent Five-Year Plan requires the Commissariat of Justice to keep electronic records of the activities of counter-revolutionary swine and sabotuers. We need a recommendation of a quality data CD burning software other than Nero or Record Max that would be available as freeware, trialware or shareware.
