So many things are missed here. The ports for p2p being blocked, the education about p2p, the OS controls....shame. Although (get your tinfoil hats on) Obama is having second thoughts about ordering 11 new VH-71's (eleven?) since it would run $6.1b. So what if the plans of the current VH-3's were "accidentally" leaked in order to force the new chopper contract?

- Why did they even dare to use a p2p program on there?
- Why was the program allowed to be installed?
- Why was the directory containing said information, shared? (you have to actually share a folder for it to be accessed)

You need to read the articles instead of shooting from the hip constantly. If you had bothered to read this you'd see it was a defense contractor NOT the government, so it really ISNT the government we are talking about...

Well it's still something government related, and it's part of the goverment. Whether it's a contractor or not is a non issue, it's still the goverment's data.

You asked why the government installed a p2p program, why they allowed it, why the shared the directory. The government did NONE of these things.
