Darn it my Swiss Army Startech 3000 is not working.....!!!!!!

9 months later.. it isnt working!

the digital portion is working, but the analog dial isnt working. The second hand is frozen on 50seconds.. the analog portion isnt working.

It was a gift.. i dont know if I got the bill.. i know its got a 3yr warrenty..

any idea what's up and what i can do.

Should be a pamphlet inside the box or something that tells you what to do if something breaks?

the first picture shows what it came with.. i think it came with a bill.. god now i got to find it .. it came in a box with a packing slip and that box.. that's about it.

Is the entire analog part not working? Or just the seconds? You said the second hand is frozen on 50 seconds but it's moving in both pictures.

hummmm.. looks like it needs a new battery.. i will send it in for it since its covered under warrenty.. swiss army will void warrenty if i change the battery else where.. so i got to call them and have that fixed..
