Darkest of Days demo

So i downloaded the demo via Steam once I finally remembered the name. My system meets the minimum requirements, and frankly, most of the recommended requirements, so why is it everytime I launch it it is laggy and I can't see anything? I can see the shapes of the buttons, but everything is blanked out and black and white. I'll see if I can post a screenshot, but yea this is just weird.

Running Win 7 RC 64bit on the system in my sig.

i had a lot of problems turning around. seems like there's a motion blur effect that you can't disable that caused the fps to stutter.


it's a bummer because i was way into the idea of this game.
