Dark & Quiet Case Options?

So, unfortunately, I have to have my PC setup in my bedroom. I've found that my preference for sleeping is complete darkness, so I'm trying to get as close to that as possible. The quieter the case the better, but the gentle hum of fans is of less concern than LEDs/lights galore.

Are there any cases that are heads and tails better than others in this area? I've been seeing a lot of recommendations for be quiet cases - not much else.

Any recommendations or thoughts on how I can best achieve a dark room while having my PC powered on 24/7/365 would be greatly appreciated!

still trying to decide if I should re-use my antec P180.
I’ll need new fans and a usb hub since my front USB ports are broken. That puts me at $40 minimum to be able to use an old case. Starting to think $140 for a good quality modern case may be the right way to go.

I'd recommend a Fractal Define series, but you've already got that on your list so just do that.
