Ok, so when i was at Blockbuster i was reading the cover and i thought, hmmm, this is just Training Day with Kurt Russell playing Denzel Washington.

I was COMPLETELY wrong.

to be honest i almost didn't rent it because i thought it would be really really similar to Training Day.

I loved the backdrop of the LA Riots, which i also initially thought would be cheesy but turned out to be a pretty good idea.

I thought this movie did a good job of portraying the LAPD of the time.
 
I haven't seen it yet, but I probably will. Kurt Russell = teh cool.

Ving Rhames doesn't get ass-raped in this one does he? 😕 😉

I find it awfully lame when people start sentences with conjunctions, use adjectives in place of adverbs, and don't put an apostrophe where an apostrophe should be.

I saw it couple weeks ago, i was expecting to fall asleep through it but i didnt.
It was actually a pretty good movie.
 
I swear to you HBO2 played this movie a couple of times recently.. was it this one? I can't recall if it was Kurt Russell... he played a bad cop who's gf eventually left him and also his partner Bobby gets shot instead of him near the end, am I right? Ugh... it sucks to not remember something I think I remember...
