DAO Error on Origin Free game HELP

I never played DAO, so with the aforementioned free game offer from Origin, I decided to try it out.
Origin downloads fine
DAO downloads ok (or so it says)
Upgrades available, ok, but...l
Error message: Physx loader dll missing from computer (My vid card is AMD 5870 not nvidia)
Error NX character dll Error Dx7E

So, is it the vid card? I thought the 5870m was o.k. but maybe not? :'(

I played Witcher 1 on this laptop, no problems. Please help.

EA's page says to try right clicking the game and click repair
or you can try just install it by itself http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.14.0702-driver.html

As apparently it does come with it
