Ok, so to make a long story short, I need a summary of Purgatory from someone that has read it. Anyone want to help out?
 
I've read it but it's been something like 7 years since I did. And I don't give tours like Virgil- there are plenty of sites out there.
 
Read it. But read the John Ciardi translation. The other English translations aren't worthy of being printed on toilet paper.
