I just don't understand the fucking need of the officers putting knees on people's fucking necks when they are in cuffs and on the ground. It makes absolutely no sense. Like if you have to keep him down, just sit on their back or put your knee into the middle of their back. Why the neck?
Yea, he was cuffed, hooded and now in no way presented any danger to any of those cops. I think the "lynching" statement by the family was well over the top too, those cops fucked up badly and should pay the price but "lynching" denotes a gang of people set out to kill someone, I don't think that's the case here.

Tough one for sure. But a good example of where police are ill equipped to handle this sort of situation. This is where "defund the police" (horrible choice of words in my opinion) comes into play. Money spent on riot gear and urban tanks should be redistributed to create new positions/departments of mental health and social workers that are better equipped (skill and education wise) to handle events like these - they can not be properly defused and handled with brute force or "obedience to the law".

These cops in the video were put into an impossible situation based on their training and skill set. There needs to be companions to police (and vice versa) for situations like these and similar.

His brother called 911 to report the situation to get him help and told them among other things that he was on PCP. The autopsy report confirmed he had PCP and THC in his system. One question here is how should first responders handle a situation like this when they are dealing with someone on PCP and they know it up front.

Anecdotal: My wife is a retired RN. Early in her career she worked in the ER. In one case the police brought in a suspect for some crime. My wife was treating him in one of the ER rooms with the police there. The guy was docile initially then all of a sudden he jumped up and grabbed my wife by the throat and threw her against the wall and knocked her out. Police got control of the guy eventually. They sent my wife for various scans and determined she had a concussion.

So the question is how do we as a society deal with someone who chooses to take dangerous mind altering drugs where everyone stays safe?

There is no excuse for the police to withhold this information from the family.

I'm a current RN who works in the ED of an inner-city hospital.

We deal with violent patients pretty much every day.

So far, we haven't had to shoot any of them.

5 months to inform his family and his family wasn't able to find it out themselves?

Boy I'm sure they were an incredibly loving part of his life....

Or at least, that's what they will make it out to be when the press interviews them.

No bottom, huh?

As usual, things aren't as simple as you like to make them out to be.
Here he is, as expected, right on time to shitpost. Again.
Try oppressing minorities in-person for once so at least they can sock you in your bitchass lie-hole.

Fucking clown.

I don't see the dumbass threads he starts until someone else posts in it, since he's on iggy.
I only see his idiotic bullshit when he craps in other threads and someone quotes him (like here).
