In July 1986, Snay got two concurrent two-year sentences for indecent assault and battery on a person over 14. He was charged that same year for sexually assaulting a 7-year-old boy. In October 1987, he did it again and got two two-year terms, to be served concurrently, for indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.
