??? I have a 4" case fan mounted on the side of my case blowing in right on the CPU(Athlon 750). It is kinda warm in my apt. (89F). But still 113F??

Anyone know where i can get a new HS/FAN assembly that uses TWO motherboard fan plugs.

You have the fan on the side of your case bassakwards, you want it to suck the hot air out of your case. Turn it around and see if theres a difference. Radarman

Radarman: No I don't. What I am doing is called "positive pressure." I am overfilling the case with cooler air than what would be in the case normally, filtered as well. However, you are not wrong - that works too. In fact I may try it just to see if it does any different.

Depending on how the placement of the Athlon fan is, if your fan blowing air in is more powerful that the one pulling air off the chip you could be actallu slowing down the HS Fan.

This happened to me, I had the case about and a fan blowing on the MOBO and the temp for the chip went up bigtime

Outside Fan --------> <-------- HS fan

If this makes any sense
