My wife's cousin is over at the house right now. She is just one f'ing loud individual. If normal conversation level is at a 5 out of 10. She starts at a 9. Just the slightest bit of excitement pushes her to 11 and if she is watching a comedy she's going over the 12 mark.

Seriously, I don't have anything against her personally...she's probably the most karmaically challenged person I've ever met. But, what I wouldn't give for a muzzle sometimes...
