Dang coincidence is getting me paranoid

I was outside just now having a cig. I can't sleep since I slept all day.

There is a party downstairs and one of the roommates from down there was outside and saw me having a cig. They had loud music but it didn't bother me.

But all of a sudden a cop shows up and breaks the party up.

Now I feel like they think I called to five-o on them...

Damn.... I AM paranoid.

edit: the people who live in that apt are known for being rowdy and break sh!t like beer bottles around the place... I am just paranoid about my bike being parked outside their apt.

If you suddenly go up to them and say "I DIDN'T DO IT!" it will be just as suspicious. You're screwed either way buddy.

if you say "I did not do it" then Hamburger is right. But maybe you can say something like "I was out smoking a cigarrette last Friday and saw the cops knock at your door during your party. What a bummer! What kind of an idiot calls the cops on a party on a Friday night?" And if you want to remove yourself further from supicion, add something like "you guys should take revenge on whoever did it by having yet another LOUDER party"

The shotty you can shoot a bunch of rounds of really quickly? Is that gun any good? I've never used it.

you standing outside smoking should give them no proof that you called the police. Plus, if you were that far away that guy may not have even seen you if he was drunk.

Also, how do you know this guy that saw you out there wasn't just somebody there for a few free drinks???? Not too many people would nark on you, "well i did see this guy out here, blah blah blah".
