I'm not sure why a lot of my flash videos play in slow motion behind the sound. It's kind of frustrating, but I totally dig the dancing traffic cop.

I didn't have a problem. Perhaps it could be:

1. A bad sound driver
2. A bad video driver
3. Outdated shockwave flash
4. Corrupt or Inconpatable Browser. Try Opera.. Then re-install flash and shockwave.
5. A corrupt file table can bring system performance to it's knees. Try running scandisk /r /x

Umm, no. If you are staring at the cop and the cop is directing you to stop. How would that cause an accident?
