Do they make DDR for the PC? Do any DDR Games work with PSX emulators? (plz check)
I really want to play DDR, but I don't have a playstation. :( I can easily wire a dance mat to my PC's joystick port, so I'm not worrying about that.... I WANT TO PLAY DDR!!!

Great. This way you can look like a spaz in the comfort of your own home and not at the local arcade. :)

i replied to ur inquiry in my thread. i just remembered that the game i saw for pc was called "pump"... not "ddr". but it's basically the same... a dancing game. the mat plugs into the ps/2 port tho. my cousin got it from Ft.Lee, NJ for $100 i think.

thank you google ;)

There are DDR emulators, but you'll have to search for them.

Pump It Up is a Korean dance game that has diagonal buttons as well as a center one.

RedOctane sells all that stuff.

POP n Music I guess.

I've got my Konami Arcade style IIDX controller on order (350$ :0)... My regular konami one is dying, and 6th style for ps2 is coming out soon! Not to mention... I have a beatmania Core remix in my dorm room =)

I don't believe that KonamiUSA has produced an 'offical' PC version. There are 3rd party bootlegs as of now. KonamiUSA is said to be producing an offical one for PC now

Well at least it isn't 1/2 all Konami originals/Remix and Naoki songs... They won't pay for any of the 3rd party artists for usa haha.

They need to release the Konami JP DX pad here.

LOL, is that the game I see 13 year old girls playing every time I walk by the arcade in the mall? I can see why you want to do that stuff in the privacy of your own home :D

There's going to be one out. I'm a true DDRFreak, and I may pick this one up.

There are emulators galore. The best, by far, is Dance With Intensity. This emulator is definitely legal (it's freeware released by the author). But it includes no songs. You have to download them separately, and, technically, you must own the music before downloading the DDR song/step file. (So, to cover yourself, buying the soundtrack clears you to download one whole version.

Do a search for those names. If you need help, I can point you in the right direction.

From one DDR afficionado to another,

KnickNut3

Cata's passed (sorry, I can't resist, I feel like I'm on DDRFreak.com LOL) : Dead End, Matsuri Japan, Drop Out <- (should be a cata).

That's normal for any version

Imagine how much it would cost at the arcades
