He would be a lot funnier if he didn't celebrate each joke so much. It's a like a comedian with attention deficit disorder.

He's on Jay Leno although it's a repeat.
 
He just doesn't seem to have it in him anymore. He's had some horrendous health problems (a botched heart operation) and was out of the scene for so long he just can't come back anymore.
