Dan White, of vermilion ohio: WOW

Vermilion- Holiday shopping can be fun if shoppers pack accordingly, says Dan White, who is organizing a group outing to Vermilion on Saturday.
"Handguns only, please. Longarms risk knocking over merchandise and crowding other customers. It will be your choice whether to carry your firearm loaded," White advises on his Web page promoting "Vermilion Open Carry Shopping Day."

wow, thats all i have to say

*Obligatory guns are evil and kill people all by themselves post*

Anyway, while I'm all for concealed carry becoming available in Ohio, I really don't think this is the best way to go about it.

yes i know that, i am from ohio. however, its quite the interesting way of getting your point across.

also, i betcha they will have cops watching them, and the second a gun becomes concealed for a second, they will arrest whoever concealed it.

Are there enough votes to overturn the Governor's upcoming veto?

If guns are legal, I think concealed weapons are somewhat safer than outward carry methods. Taft isn't making a smart choice.

i dont know, concealed will hurt if someone just walks in, and decides to whip it out, while revealed will allow ppl to see it, and maybe be forewarned.

Taft wouldnt know what the smart thing to do is when faced with the question of whether he should pay a hooker in cash or check.

In all fairness, lets not forget that Jerry Springer failed this test, as well.
