The shoes were defective. They made this weird sound every time you took a step. Footlocker wouldn't replace them (I'm never shopping at footlocker again BTW) so I contacted K-Swiss and they agreed to replace them.

You don't know what size shoes you wear? Do you have another pair of shoes? See what size they are.

All shoes fit a little differently. I know I tried on a 9, a 9.5 and a 10. I know I didn't buy the 10, but I don't remember if I bought the 9 or the 9.5.
