For those who cant RTFM

A female suicide bomber whose explosive jacket failed to detonate in a Jordanian hotel has been sentenced to death. Sajida al-Rishawi and six others (who were tried in absentia) are to hang for the deaths of 60 people last year.

The suicide attack, which ironically resulted in the deaths of mainly Jordanian Muslim women and children, targeted a busy wedding party in the Radisson hotel and two other five-star hotels in the capital Amman.

al-Rishawi admitted to her role in the operation and even confessed on TV, but later retracted her statement, alleging that it was taken under duress. Forensic tests show that the trigger mechanism on her belt jammed and prevented detonation.

The second part is apropos.

If I was sentenced to death and I had access to the internet, I would probably be looking at pr0n rather than posting on ATOT about it.

No. "in absentia" meaning they were not present or in custody but can be punished if caught without the need for another trial.

I see. I've never heard of something like that before. Learn something new...
