I think I described them correctly. I can't really say without seeing you doing them. But, as I mentioned, I've messed around with them and tweaked them a bit and my knees still are much better than before. So, I'm guessing that the general description will be fine. Pretty simple really: Lie on back, one leg bent, point toes on straight leg towards head, lift straight leg 10x, twist foot so toes are pointed outwards (still keeping them pointing towards head) and lift 10x.
