I ordered a case and they shipped it out yesterday from California. I don't understand, I only live in NYC. WHY ISN'T IT HERE TODAY?!!!!!!!!

Oh, and they don't ship on Saturdays unless you pay for that, too.

Hey, they do suck and that's no joke.

They were supposed to deliver a wheel truing stand from nashbar yesterday but didn't show up until 5:45. My office closes at 5. Let's see if they get their act together today.

I never said they suck. Personally, I like FedEx since they usually rush the order. Overnight shipping was actually $4 more than the cost of the case. And I've gotten Saturday deliveries from FedEx when using the cheapo method. Its scheduled for Monday, which is still 3 days earlier than if it was UPS...

if you just pay for express saver, they even sometimes ride around with it on the truck for a few days just to punish you for not paying more. i have seen it on mine. they had it in my town (very small town at that) for 3 days on the truck before delivering it.

but that is still better than what UPS and USPS can do. i love fed ex

UPS Ground != Fedex Express Saver

UPS 3 Day = Fedex Express Saver
