You could complain in the multitude of other threads on the weather/snow/temperature-indoors around here instead of starting a new thread about it...you know, just saying....
Wow, very constructive response, just like you did
here
I'm having a hard time figuring out if that was a sarcastic remark or not, so I'll address both:
Non-sarcastic: no reply needed.
Sarcastic: Why yes, I do find it moderately annoying that ppl have a need to start a new topic that has already been covered by threads that are not only posted within the same day, but still on the first page. In the example thread you linked to, the poster at least added some content to allow for some discussion, but again, was repetative to the same topic covered in other threads. So to spruce it up a little--yet still keep it on topic--I posted a reply about the same topic with a twist. As you noted, some ppl ignored me and some ppl thought it humorous enough to follow suit. Heck, I even gave credit to the original poster for coming up with it.

So in the end it was all good. See where I'm coming from?
In this thread, if instead of just a sad face, he would have recounted a story of why the weather was so bad or why it bother him so, it would have made for a much more interesting thread, no?
