Damn Viruses...need help

Someone apparently IMed me a worm/trojan horse virus. My school's networking people have blocked my account till it is fixed. I had them work with my laptop for the past few days and they claimed it was clean but they blocked me again this morning. They say that norton won't pick it up. Spybot didn't find anything either. Anyone know what I should look for/delete to remove the problem? I don't want the school "recovering" my HD.
 
Run This and see if this doesn't pick it up.

Otherwise try grisoft's free AVG.

If you are running windows XP, disable system restore before running the antivirus so the virus doesn't get restored by XP.

Edit: also try a program called CWShredder, it will remove some spyware/spy trojans that spybot and adaware cannot.
 
There's a virus NetSky going around. It's probably the most intelligent virus to this date. It could be that. Although it mutates every time it is resent and they're already over halfway through the alphabet with stingers you might not be able to get rid of it extremely easily.
 
It appears to be the netsky virus...but I can't get online to download any programs to remove it...argh, this fvcking sucks....
