Damn Ticketmaster! Has anyone ever gotten Football tickets from them?

I was waiting online right @ 10am today when Eagles tickets went on sale. I clicked what I wanted - 3min later....NOTHING! Do they ever even have tickets? Or do season ticket holders have them all? It is frustrating to have to pay 2-3x the face value on ebay. I just wnat to see a freakin football game!
 
Speaking of, has anyone else heard that they are going to sell the best seats for major concerts in an auction style?? They say this will help deter scalpers... Ticketmaster is on my top 5 companies-I-hate list...
 
Not to mention their fees to PRINT OUT A FCKING TICKET WITH MY OWN INK AND PAPER. If the major airlines did this, they would be out of business.
