DAMN THIS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WIND!!!!!

so my brother calls me up about 5 minutes ago. "hey garett is dad there?" "yeah what do you need?" "a huge branch fell on my car" From what he tells me the back window is gone and the trunk has a huge dent in it. Don't worry i'll be sure to get plenty of pictures for everybody. Now my question is how does this work out with the insurance? I know somebody a few weeks ago had a tree fall on his car, but it was from a bad root structure. How would this work out if it was the neighbors tree and really windy?

I hope the insurance has full coverage and your insurance doesnt have an "act of god" clause.
