hehe, i can only get 2 sides also...

I bought the giant size one, no removable stickers, but you can take it apart and put it back together in the correct order, but i want to solve it.

Anyone ever try the rings...they were cool...i wonder if they still make them somewhere?

:p

I just took 'em apart and put 'em back together (Yeah, there IS a way). Too bad the Rubik's cube is so 1982, or else I'd have one.

Does anybody remember the guy who could solve a rubik's cube by using just his feet? Freaky! :p

There is actually a mathermatical formula. My friend just arrages the colors to form a "+" on each side. They you turn one side a certain number of times, flip the cube 90 degress, and repeat. The trick is NOT to look at the cube again after you get the "+" pattern.

He taught me once and once you get good you can solve the cube in less than 10 minutes no matter how messed up it is. Really impresses people.

Are you sure about this? I'd assume it also takes using a brain. Rubic's cube requires logical puzzle solving skills and lots of time. Either that, or insane luck. :D

When I was in 8th grade, I went to Duke University's TIP program at the Center for Language and culture. There were all sorts of genuises there.

During the talent show, some nerdy kid said he would solve a Rubiks cube in 2 minutes, and he passed the cube around the audience for them to totally mess it up. There were about two-hundred people in the audience and most of them got about 20 seconds or so to screw with it. I really mangled that cube.

Anyway, towards the end of the show, the kid asked for the cube, which was most of the way back in the audience. He picked up the cube, played with it for 2 minutes, and it was solved.

I used to have a couple of those when I was seven and eight and I remember spending long amounts of time trying to finish them.. I eventually finished all three of them.. I think they're in my closet, not, but I'm sure that they're finished since I glued those suckers like that just for my own pride.
