Thats one hell of a line up! 10 runs in Game 1, 5 runs already in Game 2.
Their pitching overall isn't elite, but definitely solid.

It's a shame the Dodgers are so pathetic.. as they have been every year. They need to implode the entire team and start over.

2) Jeter
3) Rodriguez
4) Giambi
5) Sheffield
6) Bernie
7) Matsui

It doesn't matter how stacked your team is. It's ALWAYS ABOUT PITCHING. Who ever has the best pitching will win the World Series 90% of the time

The last two WS didn't have the best pitching...they weren't anywhere near the best.

You just have to have a good overall team.

case in point, look at the A's last three years - great pitching, ok hitting. not that pitching doesn't help

exactly.. cubs had a great rotation and still lost to the Marlins...

and yes, the Angels are looking good this year.. i was looking at their team earlier and i'm loving it... Garrett Anderson is one of the most underrated players in baseball i think...
