Not bad....there's a little English place that opened here a few months ago and I had their English Breakfast for dinner one a night a couple of weeks back. Only thing different about their version was that instead of toast it was this enormous muffin looking pastry.
Good stuff but I could actually hear my arteries hardening when I was finished.

I usually hit Waffle House when my arteries seem to be flowing a bit too freely. Waffle, cheese omlette, grits, wheat toast, side of sausage, OJ, and coffee generally does me right.

I used to be really superstitious about eating WH before a bike race since I won my first criterium after the above breakfast. Would drive my teammates nuts looking for one every morning.

There is one thing I've noticed though.
It's hard to make bad sausage but it's easy to make good bacon. :/
